  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Yes, we do charge for delivery. However, our delivery prices include us coming back to pick up. The delivery prices are based on how far out we have to drive and how many trucks and crew members will need to be on the delivery. All deliveries are figured for a ground, main level floor drops off. If rental equipment must be transported to a basement or upstairs, please let us know in advance so we can calculate a transfer fee. There is a minimum rental total of $150.00 for delivery. Delivery fee is based on how far we have to travel. If you are within 15 miles from Bedford, NH it will be $25.00. If you are 15-40 miles from Bedford, NH it will be $50.00. These charges will be added to your contract and final payment.
  • Can I pick up the rental décor/equipment instead of having it delivered?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up at this time. We have a $150.00 rental minimum. Delivery charges will be added once order has been placed and will be added to the contract and final invoice.
  • Do you set up the equipment?
    Tents and Inflatables require to be set up. These items may be delivered up to 2 days before event and taken down up to 2 days after event. If set up is needed for anything other than tents and inflatables, please let us know and we may be able to work with you. Please let us know when submitting the quote if this is something you want to add to your order. Set up fees will apply depending on set up times. Please request a quote before placing an order.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before delivery/pickup date to receive full 100% deposit/payment refund. If cancellation is necessary within the 30 days of the event date, you will have up to 7 days before the event date to receive a credit towards your next event within a year. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery will be charged full contracted amount. Inflatables only: If InstaEvents LLC cancels due to inclement weather, the full contracted amount will be refunded.
  • When is final payment due?
    Final Payment is due 7 days before delivery/pick up date.
  • If something happens and it prevents me from having my event, can I get a refund?
    Refunds are only given If your event has been derailed due to, acts of God, war, or natural disaster.
